Tuition is due on the first of each month. Parents will not receive a bill unless the account is past due. Late fees will be assessed and added to accounts beginning the 10th of the month. Tuition checks need to be turned into the Tuition Box in the office. Be sure to write the child’s name in the memo. Some months have more school days than others. The tuition is prorated over the school year and takes into consideration all holidays, so the amount due remains the same per month.
Your child’s tuition pays for the spot and does not change if the child is absent. If you choose to withdraw your child from the school, a 2 week WRITTEN notice is required.
During Christmas vacation, the school is open only for the children enrolled in our full-day program and for the children in the Transitional K – 8th Grade programs. Others wishing to attend will have an additional charge and must check with the office staff in advance to see if there is room to add time and what the fee will be. The school is closed the week before the opening of the fall term. No credit is given for this time. There is a one-time registration fee and material fee for each term. (Fall term is September – first half of June and Summer term is second half of June – August) The registration fee is due with your registration form in order to hold a spot for your child. We do offer a discount for siblings. Please see the office staff for specific amounts.
